Over 31,000 Georgians Affected by AT&T Billing Error

to information the Commission received from the Company in April 2004, of the
31,804
Consumers
(AT&T customers and non-AT&T customers) are encouraged to check their
telephone bills for the last several months to determine if they were billed the
erroneous $3.95 monthly recurring charge.
If you were billed the charge, contact AT&T at 800-222-0300. Please allow at least two billing cycles
after you speak with the Company for the credit or refund to be received.
The PSC
would like to hear from you if the Company marketed its services to you when
you called to inquire about the $3.95 monthly recurring charge, or if more than
two billing cycles have passed and you have not received your credit or

A class action lawsuit, filed on
behalf of Allen Lund Company of Georgia, Inc., is pending in the U.S. District
Court for the Central District of California. The Case No. is CV04-4012 PA (SHx).
